You don't taste the spinach and it's a salad for a meal. SOO GOOD!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4634407137870663017.post-91644618105181337272009-05-27T04:07:47.360-04:002009-05-27T04:07:47.360-04:00i use the tried and true method of strawberries, b...i use the tried and true method of strawberries, banana and a ww yogurt with a bit of water to thin it out - absolutely gorgeous!Lizziehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18338207796116130389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4634407137870663017.post-70025917205412923982009-05-26T23:09:43.656-04:002009-05-26T23:09:43.656-04:00I like to keep them simple. I drink this around 8:00am and I'm usually good till about 11:30.

1/2 cup frozen fruit any kind (I like berry blends but really anything will do)
1/2 frozen banana (peel your overripe bananas, cut them in half and freeze them. Slice them just before they go in the blender. Frozen banana is the key to a creamy smoothie)
1/2 cup ff milk, soy milk, almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 portion whey isolate protein powder - I like vanilla (you can leave this out but it's smart to leave it in)
1 tsp flax oil

Blend it well and enjoy.

Variation: use pineapple for the frozen fruit and add a little coconut flavouring and you've got yourself a breakfast pina colada. No rum though! :)OldGoogleAccounthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17751024115173996573noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4634407137870663017.post-17823816286937376492009-05-26T21:24:17.622-04:002009-05-26T21:24:17.622-04:00Here's a common one for me:

It's not bitter. You can mix and match your ingredients. The good news is, there are no rules. :)♥ Dee ♥https://www.blogger.com/profile/01560097589196622838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4634407137870663017.post-73703487336662240312009-05-26T20:47:08.578-04:002009-05-26T20:47:08.578-04:00I hate smoothies, so unfortunately I can't be of h...I hate smoothies, so unfortunately I can't be of help :P

I actually don't hate smoothies, I have a texture issue, I like the way they taste but for whatever reason just can't drink them :(Crystalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00171090285181578498noreply@blogger.com
