My first time visiting your site and I love...Hello! My first time visiting your site and I love it! I was a "veggie virgin" for the longest time. Growing up our veggies consisted of corn, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, tomotoes and lettuce! I've learned to love brussel sprouts, snap peas (so good), and peas! Anyhoo-wow, reading your blog I felt like I could have written so many of the exact same thing. I too have lost my "spark" for all this and I'm not sure why. And what you wrote about the treadmill being "daunting" what a perfect word to describe the feeling; You know you should but you don't. And you know if you start you WILL feel better and you know it's the best thing to do. But you still don't -what gives?
