As some of you may have noticed, I haven't been the model weight watcher lately. I a barely making it to any meetings and my weight is crappy. Its killing me to pay soo much money and to not be doing the program. As a conveinent change in events, my ww account was unpaid this month due to me losing my debit card and not switching out the number online ooops. It seems like a good time to take a little break right?
I am thinking of taking maybe a month off to see how I can do on my own. I am not 100% decided. Ahh decisions. I am so swamped by life right now. Ahh I dont want to backslide or give up, I know that I need to do this!

It's a real rough road sometimes but you have to keep on going! It's easy to give up, I've been there a hundred different times. So if you are considering quitting weight watchers, can I suggest a website to go to?? I use www.thedailyplate.com and it has been amazing for me. It's all about counting calories and the best thing is that it's free. You can set up an account that tracks your daily calorie intake as well as tells you how many calories you should be comsuming to lose .5, 1, 1.5, or 2 pounds.
This is definately not a plug for them, but a fellow weight loss companion giving you option so you don't give up!! Hang in there you'll get through it!!!!
Thanks for the tip, I have used a site like that before that was pretty good, calorie counter (I think) I may try that route again. My biggest concern is not having the responsibility of weighing in.
Then make the responsibility to yourSELF. Really, it's you who pays the price or reaps the benefits, and you need to decide if you are worth it or not.
Are you? I happen to think you are. But you need to decide that for yourself.
Noone can do it for you. Meetings are nice, but really, it's up to you.
Please read this with the love and compassion it was intended. I've been where you are. I know what it's like to fall off the wagon and then watch it drive off in the distance until it seems too far away. But the good news is that if you continue to plod along, you find that the wagon stopped and waited for you. As long as you keep putting one foot in front of the other, you will catch it again. It's when you sit down and stop that it keeps going without you.
You don't want that. You don't need that. Dammit, you don't deserve that.
Get up. Get going. You are worth it.
I personally think you don't need weight watchers to lose weight. I totally support your decision to try it on your own for a month and just go by portions, calories or hunger levels. why pay money if you're not even reaping the benefits?
