Fiber One. I love it.
I love frosted flakes, I know, not the healthiest, especially for a diabetic!:(I'd have to say Kashi; the one with cinnamon and rice puffs (the box is white & red). Very Good. I just knew I was throwing good money away when I decided to buy it t/try it out: I DIDN'T!! And if I just "have to" have some frosted flakes, I make sure it's a half n' half mixture of the two cereals. Oh, for the Kashi, I add splenda.
All Bran original. I used to think it was twigs, but now I like it.
