Need some help

Ok I need your help. Please tell me how you get yourself back on track? How do you refocus your self? I need to stop coasting and start moving in the right direction again. HELP!

I am going on my cruise in 2.5 months!

I was just trying to figure that out. I need my life on track & the rest will follow. I can tell today will not be my on track day, but I am trying to minimize the damage.
Good luck to you. ~Mary

Hi. Have you thought about joining a challenge? They have been really helpful for me with my goals - knowing that I will have to publicly report my progress is helpful. I just joined http://www.celebrateweightloss.com/
There is a Christmas challenge and I don't think it is too late to join. Just an idea. I also schedule my exercise - it helps me to keep up. Good luck - it is hard getting back on track -but feel so good getting back in the groove.

I weigh myself and actually post my scale every Monday for all the world to see.

That keeps me in check! :D

I've recently hit a very tricky path in my weight loss and gained back everything I've lost. Today I am back on track. I've found reading other people's self help guides and blogs to be really beneficial. There are some really inspirational blogs out there.

I've also made an agreement with myself to only put good wholesome food in my mouth because I deserve it.

PLAN. Seriously, sit down now and plan out your entire week. Not necessarily exactly what you're going to eat at every meal, but figure out where you're going to be and who you're going to be eating with for each meal. Like figure out all your work lunches, figure out if you have any evening events to go to, figure out what mornings you'll be able to eat breakfast at home and what mornings you'll be rushed and will need a quick breakfast option. Come up with plans and then back-up plans for all of those meals. Figure out when and where you'll get your groceries. Figure out when you'll have time to cook and when you won't.

In all seriousness, it should take you about an hour to figure it all out. Write it all down if you have to. But then you can just go through your week on auto-pilot.

You can do this!
