Down .6 not sure how that worked out. I think that I need to eat more than my points because the weeks that I go over 10-15 points I lose a little. SO maybe a point or so a day more than what weigh watchers says a day. I also am going to really try and focus on eating whole foods.

So down to 182, 3 more lbs and I will be in the 170s YAY!

I have found I have to eat a lot of my extra points to lose - especially if I'm earning a lot of activity points - It has taken me along time to realize that though and it still feel weird.

Do you eat your flex and activity points? I found I had better loses when I ate every single point I had.

Are you exercising more? Your body probably needs more fuel.

Whole foods are definitely the way to go. Much more satisfying. You are so close, even I can feel it! It's gonna happen!

Eat as much as your body needs to lose weight; weight watchers is a generic program for a range of bodies that may not operate on the same energy requirements and so you need to cater your ww plan to your body to get the results that YOU want. I totally agree that you should try eating a little more to see the loss. And after that gross week for me, I need to lose like 3lbs too, to get BACK in the 150s.
