NO weighing myself until Sunday
Goal #2
Start the day with a full bottle of water
Goal #3
run 3 times (tues, th, sat)

I presume that goal #2 will also state finish the day with an empty water bottle??? ;o)

You're doing great - your 10lbs in 10 weeks sounds reasonable - I'll keep you company - I have 9.5lbs to lose in the next 8 weeks to get me to my next target!

Well yes of course, empty water bottles all around me! Good luck with your goal Meredith. SO far I am one day into meeting my goals!

Great goals! I put my scale in the garage a couple of months ago and now I just weigh once a week. It is much more sane for me than weighing all the time... I hope you have a wonderful week.
