Exercise for today was good, 30 min walk/run and 30 min yoga. Time for my bubble bath! I hope everyone is having a great Saturday!

Way to go! I did a 35 minute walk first thing this morning before everyone else woke up and then 30 minutes of Crunch's "Pick Your Spot Pilates" after I got Johnny into bed! We're DEFINITELY going to rock this!
