update

I managed with the help of motivation of the biggest loser to walk on my treadmill for 60minutes, yeah thats an hour! Nice since I thought that 30 was going to be a stretch with the cramps I have been having all day.
I still have 5 points left for the day but since it is almost 10pm I think I won't be getting them in. Is that really bad? Some days I just don't need all those points and some day I go over. I think that as long as I am not regularly way under my daily points it should be fine. I ate 3 meals today but just wasn't really snacky. I ate moderately healthy, getting in some veggies, my dairy, and of course my water.
What is your opinion on this? DO you think it is bad to not eat all your points once or twice a week? Do you make yourself eat those points?

PS Joelle should have gone home/ I love the orange team

I agree ... Joelle should of so went home, I cannot stand her and was happy with Bob's "freak out".

As for not eating your points, I think it's fine every once in awhile. If you're doing it a lot then maybe instead of drinking or eating something that's diet/low fat eat something that is full fat.

60 minutes on the treadmill is awesome! I rarely do more than 35 so I am impressed.

Great job on the treadmill. I agree with Ctiztawl re. your points. If you really don't feel hungry what is the point of getting those last few points in if it happens every once in awhile. No point stuffing yourself. The suggestion of having a full fat portion is a great idea as well.

I wouldn't worry too much if you don't hit your points target dead on every day. A couple days a week isn't really a big deal. Besides...we are trying to learn to NOT eat when we aren't hungry. No point doing what we are trying not to do!
And yay for getting in some workout!

I think WW says you have to eat a minimum of 18 a day. If you walked for an hour and only ate 13 pts, your body likely won't be getting enough food, and it may lead to not seeing a loss at the scales even though you're eating good foods and exercising. Of course, everyone is different....but that is drummed into us at our meetings. Awesome job by the way - an hour on the treadmill!

HA!!! You DO Rock!! You DIDN't spoil it!! I totally thought Danny was going home from your post, and was practically bawling when he finally made it up that hill, thinking that.

I'm sorry I thought you had! I was totally wrong!!

Well done on the teadmill. I'm only on week 2 and had the same question at ww last night. I was told to try hard to get my regular points in daily but don't worry about the activity ones. She said remember it's a lifestyle program that should make you feel good and don't beat yourself up about it.
Keep up the great work.

Awesome job with the treadmill !! As to points, comnsider that the Flex points says you must eat x amount of points, The Core program says eat till you are satisfied. If one truly follows the old core program with filling foods, they consume less points than a person on Flex eating not so filling foods. So is it points, hunger or nutritional needs that we should pay attention to ?
